Cajun
ok thanks that one had me stumped and I couldnt find any thing about it thanks again
Don't feel bad...i just asked that same question to Cj and Pat the other day.
I couldn't find anything in the book, but assumed that was the only thing it could be. OnStar hears us thru that circle, but their voice doesn't come thru that (yes, i checked as they were talking)
Also, as far as anyone knows there is no way to turn off that little light.
I don't have OnStar, but I loooove my little light!!!!!!!!!
Me too Hmmm i wonder can On-Star hear anything when they are not suppose to ??? :pinkp:
I hate to have them with me at the drive-in :rof:

Pshh... forget about the drive-in, I'd hate to have them listening in while I'm out driving with the general public... because most of them clearly got their licenses out of boxes of Cracker Jacks.
I call the little light my idea light!! It lights up the idea box above my head so that I can see what mods are going thru my mind at night when Im driving alone and thinking about what I can do next to my little car. lol
I know that OnStar calls to check in periodically during the day and night. Also, in case of accident they can talk to you to see if you need assistance. With that in mind, I see no reason they cant just switch on the system and talk/listen to you. Pretty creepy.
I also have heard that with EZ Pass, drivers have gotten tickets when they reached the next toll plaza faster than the speed limit would allow.
Big Brother watching us.
any of you ever see the SNL where the couple on the couch were getting frisky and the news cast on the TV were watchin...
Did they have OnStar at home???
I Miss Drive-Ins! They closed the last one by me 2 years ago. :bgtears:
We had one in Long Island where they built the Green Acres Shopping mall but that was about 25 years ago. I still remember one in NJ off the turnpike that you could see from the highway as we drove from Atlantic City to Brooklyn. Never actually went there. But it was a bit distracting trying to see what was playing while driving.
when e-z pass started they said they would never use it for speed enforcement
The highways around here are free to drive on.... no tolls.
