Snoqualmie Falls, WA...
I also took a 20 minute trip over to Snoqualmie Falls while waiting on my flight on Wednesday last week. It is a beautiful place with a 270 foot waterfall that drops directly behind a very nice hotel/lodge... Entry into the walking trails Picture of the falls... Another pic of the falls, it's hard to tell, but the lodge is at the very top of the falls to the left. The mist comes up over a large dining area deck on the back of the lodge. Thanks for the pics. What a nice place. I love waterfalls. My husband is from WA and still has family there so we get up there quite often but haven't been there.

Man, I could spend hours just sitting on a good perch out there and watching the falls. That's absolutely beautiful.

I agree Jeremy and it would a nice relief from all this heat. 32nd day in a row that it has been over 90 degrees. The entire month of August, but a cool front is approaching for September. Thanks for the pictures Todd

Well, blow me down!! My daughter lives in Sammamish, very near there! Here's another photo at the Falls: myself, my 2 (at the time) grandchildren, and my younger daughter. Of course, Mom is behind the camera LOL.

I'm glad everyone is enjoying the pics! it is a beautiful place and I did just sit for a while and visited with the Creator, my Lord. What a majestic beautiful place it is. And it's easy to feel close to Him there. I wish I'd realized we had members in the area and I would have tried to meet up. I did get to visit with a friend of mine and her hubby that live there. I definitely plan on going back every year or so to visit and go to the falls.... CBL
