Set Up w Flex/cat fixed on Shagys Exhaust- pics and vids
i have to tell you that i love the sound of the new set up w the resonator gone and all 2.25 in cat back i have and IMCO T924. with the resonator gone it is about the same and sounds lower and just a nice hum at speeds and murmur at idle i am up to 24.7 to 25.3 in town on fuel economy driving my normal self and not grannying it. i will try and make a vid of it later and post it here. i am headed out and going to denton and reset it and see what the highway miles is doing. Shagy has all his kick back and w the Shift Plus it is a sweet set up and just love it. i will see if i can get under it enough to take a couple of pics of what they did. 60 mile round trip and some city and was showing 31.2 on the DIC when i stopped. i drove around 70 to 85 of the freeway w normal passing and a few times getting it hard. :lol: new flex and the cat is closer to the manifold and bigger around the piece show is where they welded the conector and this is where the resonator was and is not here anymore. the pipe is as big as mine now so it is all 2.25 inch all the way from manifold to muffler

update on the mpg i am getting now. i have been running Shagy hard all week long w all aggressive take offs and alot of I gear. I have some toll road driving every day but never more than 5 miles north and 7 to 8 east and 7 to 8 west and rarely more than once a day on the toll road. around 12 to 13 toll road out of a 45 to 60 mile day. i put my foot in it all week and i am still getting 22.9 to 23.4 mpg driving Shagy hard w no babying. if i drive normal all week and less than 70 on the toll roads i am getting at leasts 27 to 29 mpg w 70 to 75% of my driving all in town. My DIC says avg speed is around 34 to 36.
